MIXED SYNTHETIC FIBERS

Geotextile composite ( Geocomposites) is a material that consists of a combination of synthetic materials, two or more, such as synthetic fiber for soil ( Geotextile) and synthetic materials for drainage ( Geonet); Drains for soil ( Geotextile) and mesh reinforced soil (geogrid); Mesh reinforced soil (geogrid) and synthetic materials for protective impermeable ( the geomembrane).

GEOCOMPOSITES Made from high toughness polyester fibers knitted with synthetic wadding. It combines excellent filtering and drainage reinforcement to suit more fine-grained soil reinforcements. Excellent reinforcement and drainage properties reduce water pressure and increase structural stability.

Benefits of GEOCOMPOSITES

  • Low fatigue makes the design more efficient and cost-effective.
  • There is a good force between the soil and the synthetic fiber.
  • It has horizontal water permeability, which reduces water pressure.
  • Can be easily installed

Reinforcement ( Reinforcement)

Overall system reinforcement built with reinforcing synthetic material
that can withstand strong tensile strength into the soil. which the soil
can bear good compressive strength but can bear low tensile
strength increase the stability of the structure

Drainage (Drainage)

The main function of drainage is to move water
or other liquids to the exit of the structure.

Filtration ( Filtration)

A balance system between the soil and the geotextile
that allows adequate fluid penetration through the geotextile
and prevents clogging and reduces soil loss over
the lifetime of the geotextile.
